    Quiet

    Often we have thoughts swirling around, dividing our focus and distracting us from the greater purpose of our practice. We begin the practice with a generous exercise that reminds us how to quiet our minds.

    Listen

    We practiced quieting our thoughts so we could communicate and truly hear the wants and needs of our selves. Today we open our hearts and minds to discover the message.

    Receive

    Making space to understand on a deeper level the message from our true selves; acceptance of our needs and desires so that we can understand how to move with intention and purpose. 

    Embody

    In our final day of practice, we envision our lives with in accordance with the new knowledge we’ve gained through listening and receiving. This final daily pause of the series gives our selves permission to trust the message, and trust our selves to live the life we envision fully.
